LexDigital’s legal services are designed for clients operating within Singapore and may not be applicable for jurisdictions outside of Singapore.

Account Registration

Clients may need to create an account to access certain legal services offered by LexDigital.

Clients must provide accurate and up-to-date information during the registration process.

Account holders are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and for all activity under their accounts.

Accounts are personal and may not be transferred or shared with third parties.

Clients must notify LexDigital immediately if they suspect unauthorized use of their account.

LexDigital reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or pose security risks.

Legal Services Provided

LexDigital offers specialized legal advisory and representation services tailored to IT companies and digital enterprises in Singapore.

The scope and availability of services may be updated periodically to reflect evolving legal frameworks and client needs.

While we strive to maintain continuous availability, certain services may be subject to delays or interruptions beyond our control.

User Conduct Rules

Clients agree to adhere to the following rules when engaging with LexDigital’s services:

  • Use services for legitimate business or personal legal needs.
  • Refrain from submitting false or misleading information.
  • Respect privacy and confidentiality obligations.
  • Avoid any form of harassment or unlawful behavior.
  • Comply with intellectual property rights.
  • Do not attempt to disrupt LexDigital’s systems or services.
  • Report any security vulnerabilities or policy breaches promptly.

User-Provided Content

Clients may submit documents and information necessary for the provision of legal services.

Clients retain ownership of materials they provide to LexDigital for review or representation purposes.

By submitting content, clients grant LexDigital a license to use such materials strictly for the purpose of delivering agreed legal services.

Clients are responsible for the legality and accuracy of the content they provide.

Upon termination of services, clients may request return or destruction of submitted materials, subject to applicable retention policies.

Intellectual Property Rights

All materials and content created by LexDigital in connection with our legal representation remain the intellectual property of LexDigital unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Clients may not reproduce or distribute LexDigital’s proprietary materials without authorization.
  • Use of LexDigital’s activity or branding requires explicit consent.
  • Unauthorized use of intellectual property may result in legal action.

Paid Legal Services

Some of LexDigital’s specialized services are available on a paid basis as outlined in client agreements.

Pricing details will be provided upfront and documented in service contracts.

Payments shall be made according to agreed schedules via accepted payment methods.

Subscription options may be available for ongoing legal support tailored to digital business needs.

Refunds are subject to individual service terms and the stage of engagement at the time of cancellation.

Clients may cancel paid services with prior notice as specified in their contract agreements.

All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes which will be added to invoices as required by law.

LexDigital reserves the right to adjust pricing with reasonable prior notice to clients.

Failure to pay for services may result in suspension or termination of legal representation.

Disclaimer

While LexDigital strives to provide accurate and timely legal advice, the information and services offered are provided without warranties as to completeness or applicability in individual circumstances.

Limitation of Liability

LexDigital’s liability is limited to the fees paid for services and excludes indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services.

Third-Party Services

Termination of Services

Either party may terminate the engagement by providing notice in accordance with contractual terms.

Upon termination, outstanding fees shall be settled and LexDigital will cease provision of services while safeguarding client confidentiality.

LexDigital strictly adheres to data protection principles and confidentiality standards in handling client information, as detailed in our Privacy Policy.

Communications

All communications between clients and LexDigital will be conducted in a professional and secure manner respecting client confidentiality.

Modification of Terms

These terms may be revised periodically. Clients will be notified of major changes and continuing use will constitute acceptance.

Governing Law

These terms and the relationship with LexDigital are governed by the laws of Singapore.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes will be subject to mediation or arbitration in Singapore before seeking judicial remedies.
